I have just successfully purchased a 2011 car a Vauxhall Meriva 1.7 auto from the Braintree Branch and I would just like to convey my thanks for the excellent service given to me by your representative Geoff Leland. He was very courteous, helpful and attentive to me right across the board. I have always been satisfied with your company and hope to continue to enjoy being with your company for future times Many thanks again, one very happy and satisfied lady driver. Gloria Ford

I recently purchased a 14 Month old Vauxhall Meriva from the Quest Motors Maldon branch. At the time of viewing I was a little reluctant to pursue due to it being obvious that the vehicle had been smoked in heavily by the previous owner. I was however, assured by the staff at Quests that their valet department had the specialist equipment and expertise to totally eliminate all trace of the cigarette smoke odour before delivery, and therefore I put my trust in them and proceeded with the purchase. On collection of the vehicle whilst driving home , the smell of nicotine was foul and still clearly impregnated in and on the seats, seatbelts, roof lining, parcel shelf, carpets, glass and trim panels. Even the cabin pollen filter was contaminated, adding to this pungent smell being drawn into the car through the vents as the fan blowers operated. At this point my wife refused to travel in the car again until the interior was cleansed. Having lost faith in their departments, I spent four long days shampooing and treating every inch of the interior with specialist cleaning products, including having to replace the pollen filter, all at considerable expense to myself ,and I have now finally managed to alleviate this foul odour. Also a service book and radio code was not supplied with the vehicle causing other chase up phone calls. These are schoolboy errors that should obviously not happen when purchasing from a main dealer. I am pleased to see that there are many happy customers posting good reviews, but sadly feel I must urge anyone considering buying a used vehicle from their forecourts to inspect closely and consider everything in detail before commitment, as it would sometimes appear that their overall customer service quality gets lost amongst quick turnaround profit and poor communication between different departments ,as also can be seen by other customers leaving poor reviews and ratings. After complaining I was offered a half price service or free valet. On this occasion I regrettably feel let down.
