  Went to the braintree branch today for 2 new tyres at 1pm as I booked an appointment on Sunday to arrive without an appointment booked for me which wasn't a great start and told to wait 15 minutes to change one tyre before mine. That's fine I can wait that's not to bad as there are 2 people working in my car won't take long. 1.45 my car goes on the ramp so already 45 minutes later than told. 2.15 lady turns up for 4 new tyres which the manager assists her with. 2.25 one of the blokes working on my car goes over the road for some food and drink and leaves a trainee working on my car which I may add only the wheels are just off at this point seriously haven't I been waiting long enough already. 2.45 the manager finished the ladies car with 4 tyres and mine still isn't done ahhhhh. 3.00 my car is finished not even an apology for waiting 2 hours. Drive my car away to find the person who brought out my car didn't take his working gloves off so I now have a steering wheel and fear stick covered in grease and brake dust. There were no other cars in the shop requiring work so why take so so long I have never had such a bad experience here I always use National tyres but after today I may start using Kwik fit again cos at least they are quick shame all the good staff have left can prob understand why Poor boss (steve) he is the only one who knows what he's doing

  I went in on a Sunday to get a puncture fixed and they said they can't do it today because they had no patches, it's just a excuse because they don't want to do anything, I used to work in garages and you always have a abundance of repair patches
