  This was our first experience of buying a used car from a main dealer and whilst I am very cynical of car dealers I can honestly say this was a good deal. We dealt with Tommy Woodcock who saw us through the whole sale and dealt with a couple of little hiccups without issue.

  As a cash buyer not a good day - saw a Focus on the web at £9,900 drove 40 miles to find it and then advised it was £9,000.Put a deposit down to return there had been a mistake and the price was £9,900. So offered £9,500 and then £9,600 to be told by a young lady with a lap top and spreadsheet that the car 'owed them' over £10,200 ( what ever that means ) so my offer was rejected. Are these people in business or not ! Half a day of my life wasted ! So if you're a cash buyer and looking for more than 3% discount suggest you should go elsewhere. A totally unprofessional experience. One week later I received a call asking how I would rate them. Out of 1 to 10 would I recommend them? Said I wouldn't because of my experience. Same question , same answer. Rather than asking why they put the phone down on me !!!! Best avoided.
